Fresh, local produce may be less available this time of year, but the Carolinas still offer many cool weather greens to keep you nourished during the winter months. Whether you're craving soup or salad, you'll find a variety of winter greens, all in one place, such as kale, collards, spinach, lettuce, micro-greens, Mache, Italian dandelions, beets and carrots Add some naturally raised pork or chicken to your homemade stew or chili and you have the perfect comfort food. So bundle up, keep warm with a steaming cup of fresh, brewed gourmet coffee and enjoy catching up with your market family.

Chili Mama D's Gourmet Salsa - perimeter booth next to Good Cup Coffee Company
Beverly's Gourmet Foods - perimeter booth between Windcrest Farms and Chili Mama D's Gourmet Salsa
