What's In Season

This is a general list of produce available season by season. Look on the Weekly Happenings Page for the link to a more specific weekly list. There are seasonal variations in what is available at market because all produce is locally grown.  Planning ahead?  Check our crop chart below.


SPRING (April - June) 
Arugula, Asian greens, asparagus, bamboo shoots, beets, bok choy, broccoli, broccoli raab, cabbage, carrots,  cauliflower,  collards, edemame, escarole, fennel, green onions, leeks, green garlic, greenhouse tomatoes, sugar snap peas, herbs, kale, kohlrabi, mushrooms, radicchio, leeks, lettuces, mesclun mix, micro greens, mizuna, mustard greens, kohlrabi,  oriental vegetables, parsley, pecans, purslane, strawberries, swiss chard, radishes, spinach, turnips.

SUMMER (June-August)
Asian pears, basil, blueberries, blackberries, beets, cantaloupe, celery, cucumbers, edemame, eggplant, escarole, figs, garlic, green and yellow snap beans, herbs, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, lettuces, melons, micro greens, mushrooms, okra, oriental vegetables, pears, sweet and hot peppers, plums, potatoes, peaches, raspberries, squash, sweet blub onions, sweet corn, swiss chard, field-grown tomatoes, turnips, watermelon.

FALL (Sept. - Nov.)
Apples, arugula, Asian greens, beets,  broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, collards, escarole, field peas, green onions, lima beans, garlic, grapes, herbs, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, lettuces, mesclun mix, micro greens, mushrooms, mustard greens, oriental vegetables, pears, pecans, peppers, pumpkins, radicchio, rutabagas,  spinach, sweet potatoes, Swiss chard, turnips,  winter squash.

WINTER (December - March)
Arugula, Asian greens, beets, bok choy, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, collards, escarole, greenhouse lettuces,  green onions, kale, kohlrabi, field-grown lettuces,  micro greens, mushrooms, mustard greens, pac choi, pecans, radicchio, rutabagas, spinach, sweet potatoes, Swiss chard, turnips, winter squash, fresh-cut flowers, assorted culinary herbs, dried fruits and vegetables.
